Knoxville Luxury Real Estate Preview: 12415 Rivendell Way on 3.9 Acres in West Knoxville

Last week I was able to complete this Knoxville real estate preview on this Knoxville luxury home situated on 3.90 acres located at 12415 Rivendell Way, Knoxville, TN 37922 listed by Sherry Shope of Gables & Gates, REALTORS.  It was a beautiful day to view the home as it was bright and sunny and around 75 degrees.  A welcome change to the summer heat.  The highlight of this home for me was the beautiful back yard with a large patio and gazebo for entertaining, the sound of the trickling fountain, and the incredible site of multiple hummingbirds buzzing around the hanging flower pots.  The home also featured over 5500 square feet and a five car garage.
