Fox Den is an upscale yet laid back golf and country club community that was originally developed in 1969 and is a sought after neighborhood address in west Knoxville.
Homes in Fox Den are, for the most part are older. There are a few custom homes still being built in the neighborhood, but most of the homes were built in the 70s and 80s. Many have since been updated to today’s luxury standards. These remodeled homes go for top dollar, while fixer uppers usually go for much less, making a real estate professional familiar with Fox Den a necessity.
The Fox Den Country Club is at the center of life in Fox Den, and with good reason. With an 18 hole championship golf course that’s been home to The Knoxville Open (a PGA tour event) since 1999, seven tennis courts, junior Olympic swimming pool, fitness center, and multiple dining options, there’s certainly plenty to keep members happy & occupied.
Other than the country club, convenience to all of the amenities of Farragut and West Knoxville is a huge selling point for living in Fox Den. Easy access to the Town of Farragut parks, like Anchor Park, Mayor Bob Leonard Park or Campbell Station Park. And if residents still need some more time outdoors, they can take a stroll or jog on one of Farragut’s greenway’s or on its many sidewalk lined streets.
Not only are outdoor activities easy to access but so is indoor entertainment. From eating to shopping to movies. Fox Den is an easy five minute drive to the nearby Turkey Creek shopping area, which not only has just about any store you could ever need, but multiple restaurants as well as Knoxville’s largest movie theater, the Regal Pinnacle 18.
